GATS Trustee

In 2020, the Global Aircraft Trading System (GATS) was launched to revolutionise the trading and financing of aircraft equipment. The digital trading platform reduces the inefficiencies and burdens on lessees, lessors and financiers, leading to a fully electronic and therefore smoother trading process.

We’re authorised by the Aviation Working Group (AWG) to act as trustee service provider for GATS in both Ireland and Singapore, two of our strategic hubs for aviation finance. Created by AWG to streamline the trading and financing of leased aircraft equipment, GATS reduces the burdens on lessees, lessors and financiers by using advanced technology to streamline standardisation of form documents. Our GATS trustee license strengthens our strong track record in the aircraft sector, providing security trustee services to many of the major lessors, airlines and banks globally.
