The client
Tory Burch LLC (“Tory Burch”) is a New York based fashion label founded in 2004 specialized in high fashion women’s clothing and accessories. Since its launch, Tory Burch has opened over 250 stores worldwide, including flagships in New York, Los Angeles, Shanghai, Tokyo, London, Paris, and Milan.
Working with Intertrust
Intertrust Group has assisted Tory Burch since setting up its Dutch company in 2009. Intertrust’s services include the provision directorship, domiciliation, corporate secretarial, payroll and administrative services. In addition Intertrust Group has acted as a thought partner for any legal or corporate matters that have arisen during the past decades.
